Chandler Announces Appointment of New Legislative Assistant, Robert Kramer

WASHINGTON, (June 19, 2008) Last week, Congressman Ben Chandler formally announced the appointment of Robert Kramer as his new Legislative Assistant for agriculture, healthcare and immigration in the Washington, D.C. office. Kramer is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky in Warren County.

“Mr. Kramer comes to this office with a solid and diverse background,” Chandler said.  “He is a great addition to the D.C. team, and I look forward to working with him on many issues important to Kentuckians.”

Kramer graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s in criminology. He then received a Masters of Public Administration from Auburn in 2007. “It is a privilege and an honor to work for the people of the Sixth District of Kentucky,” Kramer said. “I am excited to be here in Washington D.C. joining Congressman Chandler’s distinguished team, and I look forward to serving the Commonwealth with pride.”
