WASHINGTON, (April 18, 2008) Today, Congressman Ben Chandler announced Jennifer Krimm as his new Communications Director. Krimm is a native of Bryantsville, Kentucky in Garrard County.
“Jennifer comes to our office with both press and international experience,” said Chandler. “I am thrilled that she will be joining my staff and look forward to working with her.”
Krimm was Valedictorian of the 2002 graduating class of Garrard County High School. She went on to graduate from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor’s in government and a concentration in international relations. Krimm was then awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study media abroad.
“Being able to work for your Congressman in the nation’s capital is an honor and a privilege,” said Krimm. “I am so excited to work with Representative Chandler and have the opportunity to expand upon my media relations skills at the same time.”
Krimm will be in charge of Chandler’s Washington and Kentucky press operations. Chandler’s former Communications Director, Stephanie Pepper, who has worked with Congressman Chandler since 2005, will be moving to Nashville, Tennessee where she has accepted a position with the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
