WASHINGTON (April 19, 2006) Congressman Ben Chandler will be at the Boyle County Library on Thursday, April 20th at 1:00 PM. Chandler will be meeting with members of the library’s board to discuss plans to renovate the library. Chandler will also be touring the facility. Students from Woodlawn Elementary were recently in Washington, DC and asked the Congressman to help the library. In a Fiscal Year 2007 Appropriations Bill, Congressman Chandler has requested funds to assist the Boyle County Library in its renovation efforts. This bill will be debated and voted on by the end of this year. ####
